We bought a black recliner chair at this place. We went there because we bought furniture years ago for our cottage. Bad decision. When the delivery driver called he said he had a “pink chair” to deliver. Really?? Is it because we are gay?? They also delivered the floor model which was not disclosed when we made the purchase. Definitely do not recommend this store. Beware.

I ordered a complete bedroom set (STR57) and new spring-free foam mattress from Parliament Furniture a few months ago. I read reviews and went to the store. I was a little off-put by the small size of the store. Do not let that deter you! The staff were friendly and helpful with the selections and recommendations. The ordering process was smooth (this is done off the website). Based on my home location, my delivery AND set-up were free. My previous Swedish furniture supplier charged for both separately, and not small fees either. The gentlemen who did the delivery and set-up were friendly and efficient. In a very short time after their arrival, my bedroom looked amazing! I waited a few months to write this review just to make sure there were no issues as I had never purchased from this store before. I am happy to say that the furniture is solid and still looks great! No sacrifice for quality with their great prices.
