While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the product listings and prices, we can not be held responsible for any errors that might exist in this regard.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Some items may not be in stock at time of order. Customer will be contacted to discuss delivery schedule and cost if the delivery address is outside our Local Delivery Area.

All sales are considered Final.

Returns will only be accepted with written permission from management.

If Parliament Furniture Inc. ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will send you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. 
The Estimated Delivery Availability date indicated on our website is that which is supplied to us by our supplier, and is a general guide and should not be considered to be an actual delivery date.  We always do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as we possibly can, and closest to the Estimated Delivery Availability date as possible. We are however not able to control the arrival date of products from our suppliers, and publish the most current availability information from our suppliers available to us.

We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Parliament Furniture Inc.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order.  However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it according to our Returns and Exchanges policy (see below).

We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.


Returns can only be accepted with Written Permission from management and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for returning these items at their own expense. Returned goods are to be in "As New Condition" only. 

We are able to arrange pickup of returned items if required. A PICKUP FEE applies and is evaluated depending on customer location. This fee is a minimum of $25 plus applicable taxes within our LOCAL DELIVERY AREA, and additional Pickup Costs apply to other delivery zones in accordance with our Delivery Zone Map. In general, products that we (Parliament Furniture Inc.) sell to retail customers are protected by a (1) One year Manufacturer's Warranty unless otherwise specified.

Warranty on Mattresses are individually listed in the item description on the product page for each mattress, and do not follow the general one year warranty policy mentioned above.

Any warranties are bound by the warranty terms provided by our supplier or each product and may vary between products.  Parliament Furniture Inc. does not assume any responsibility for product warranties, as these are covered by the warranty policy of each Supplier.  Our suppliers will consider any warranty claims on a case by case basis and are not obliged to exchange or replace any item submitted for a claim. 

If any item submitted for a warranty claim is deemed by Parliament Furniture Inc. to be misused, or abused, we reserve the right to not submit that claim to our supplier for a warranty claim.  Goods that are used and cared for by our customers for the purposes of their intended use only,  will be considered as potential warranty claims.
