To make ordering easier, the regular approved products from the original the Fax Sheet can be seen below, and can now be ordered online instead of by fax.

- Add any item(s) shown below to your Shopping Cart, and proceed to Checkout.
- Please be sure to include your Organization Name and Program Name in the "Company"  Field.
- In the Payment section, Simply select "Corporate Transaction" 
- Complete the order and you are all done!  No need to make a payment online.

Please Note:
This system is intended only for ordering purposes.
When you log in, your will also be able to view all your past orders as well. 
We will still contact you as usual to arrange delivery and to confirm that everything is as needed.

We will bill your organization as before.
