Refund policy


General Information
To be eligible to return an item, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Any returns will only be processed with written management authorization.  A 25% restocking fee will apply to any returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and special order items. Products including Box Springs, Mattresses, and all other Bedding items are not eligible for return.  Contact us for more details.Â
