I've been a customer for year's & it's a great store however I always have a hard time with the new women who work's there now I find her very unprofessional, rude standoffish I tried to make I purchase that was not in the store she walked away, I would wait until I can deal with someone else

We bought a black recliner chair at this place. We went there because we bought furniture years ago for our cottage. Bad decision. When the delivery driver called he said he had a “pink chair” to deliver. Really?? Is it because we are gay?? They also delivered the floor model which was not disclosed when we made the purchase. Definitely do not recommend this store. Beware.

I recently bought a bed frame and mattress from Parliament Furniture. I absolutely loved the mattress—super comfortable! However, I wasn’t happy with the bed frame. I called them to request a replacement, and to my surprise, they arranged it without any questions asked.
